Breathtaking Ocean views at Pinch Me! 8bdrm, 6bath, private pool!

Sandbridge is a truly peaceful spot to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. Share time with family and enjoy the sights and sounds of this coastal destination. This home offers great views of the Sandbridge beach and the quietness that goes along with it.

During peak season June to September enjoy weekly rentals Friday to Friday. Any other time, you can enjoy a 3 night or minimum stay depending on the season. We're happy to work with you to make your vacation perfect!

Fully furnished Beach House and steps away from the ocean, 8 Bedrooms (Sleeps up to 23 guests), 6 Full Baths, nicely stocked Kitchen with new appliances, newer furniture and furnishing throughout.

This is one of only a few properties that do Friday-Friday stays during the summer months (June through August). We have found that it is much more convenient for the families to get the entire first weekend rather than spending time stuck in traffic and long lines for check-in. (Saturday afternoons are very hectic with traditional Saturday check-ins and service companies doing cleanings, repairs and pool work). Also great for families that have members or friends that only can make the weekend. They don't get cheated out of a full day!

Get ready to make some lasting memories by reserving this gorgeous beach house for your group! This luxury home is an excellent choice for your family vacation, reunion, or corporate getaway. This beautiful 4100+ sq. ft home is yards away from the Ocean where you can relax on the wonderful beach of Sandbridge. There are 8 newly furnished bedrooms that are beautifully decorated and 6 bathrooms.

The first (bottom) floor contains a sitting area to watch a movie or play the Wii station on the large flat screen smart TV or enjoy a game of Foosball. This floor also has 4 bedrooms; 1st bedroom has a queen size bed with TV, 2nd bedroom has a full bed with single trundle and TV, 3rd bedroom has a full over full bunkbed and a single bed, and the 4th bedroom has two single beds. There is a hallway that leads to the back yard where you can enjoy the private in-ground pool or sit at the cabana and enjoy your favorite beverage.

The second floor has a large kitchen and dining area that will accommodate everyone in your party. The nicely stocked kitchen is complete with 2 dishwashers that makes cleaning up a breeze after cooking with our new double oven! The custom dining room tables have plenty of chairs for the family and offers a great place to play a board game or a game of cards. There are three bedrooms on this level, all with flatscreen TV's; the master bedroom has a queen size bed and daybed w/trundle along with a jetted tub and separate shower, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with a private full bath, 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. This floor also has deck access that overlooks the pool area as well as a fantastic view of the ocean. On the deck is a screened in porch with a large table and chairs that will allow you to have your family barbecues from the gas grill provided. The deck stairs lead right to the pool area.

The top level of the home contains the game area where you get watch Blu-ray movies on the High-Definition Big Screen Smart TV while you relax on the large sectional couch. Also enjoy a game of pool or ping pong from this area as others watch you from the bar that seats four. The third-floor bedroom is a great place to have separation from the rest of the group as it sleeps 3 with a queen size and single beds. Can’t forget the third level deck where you get a spectacular view of the ocean, watch the dolphins and listen to the waves come crashing in as you privately layout on one of the multiple lounge chairs provided!

This property includes everything you need to make your vacation rental a success. Wireless Broadband Hi Speed Internet is available throughout the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pinch Me. The location right across from the beach was so convenient. We loved the view out the kitchen windows and time spent on the decks. Pool area was awesome! The only downside for our group was older family members had a difficult time with the stairs, and no living room area on main level. It is set up nicely though for family groups to have space in different areas of the house.

The house was wonderful and location is great. The wifi was spotty and the water pressure was quite low, at least on the bottom floor, but nothing that negatively impacted the trip. Host was very responsive.

This is our second time staying at pinch me. We love the locate and the house. It is perfect for our large family. I would pick to stay there again! My only complaint is the bathrooms were not very clean. There was hair in the showers and sink.

Very Comfortable, unbeatable location
Spacious home for us and our 3 adult children and spouses, and their children. The 6 bathrooms were appreciated. Spacious kitchen handled several cooks! The pool area was our gathering space each afternoon for our emerging swimmers. Second and third floor porches used in the evenings after the littles got to sleep. Third floor sofa/TV area is the living room. We did use the ping pong table, the kids watched dvds. Luckily our weather was perfect so we were mostly outside. Lots of sand toys provided! The walk to the beach is so convenient! Tanya is an attentive host. We really appreciated her efforts in getting our AC issue resolved. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Great property!

Wedding weekend/out of town family
My daughter got married in VB this past weekend. We needed a place to stay to avoid the tunnel traffic and had a bunch of family coming in from out of state. This fit our needs perfectly. There were 2 tables for dining on the second floor along with a large kitchen. There is a large sitting area on the third floor with a pool/ping pong table. There is a deck on the second as well as a screened in porch and a deck on the third floor as well. It is April, so we didn’t get to use the pool but it was a comfortable set up. We had a plumbing issue the morning of the wedding and the host/owner handled things in a timely manner. We even had a bridal brunch the day after the wedding and there was plenty of room for everyone. All in all, we had a lovely stay and would highly recommended this unit.

More Than Imagined
From the very first minute when I needed to call the owner due to my log-in error, to the end of the trip when I left something behind the owner was SO ATTENTIVE and ACCOMODATING. It is a beautiful home that housed 10 women of different ages with enough space for people to go off quietly if they chose but a table that enabled us to hang -out, eat our home cooked meals and play games. An upstairs TV and Ping-Pong table (which can become a Pool table) provided more entertainment. The views from the 2nd floor were stunning and the access to the beach was incredible (concrete path right across the street). We felt lucky to have been there and hope to be back in the future. My children and grandchilren really enjoyed being in the house. There was plenty entertainment for them. They especially liked the ping pong and pool table. It was so nice being with the whole family under one roof. I highly recommend this place if you have a large family.

This property was better than described. Even though it is one street away from the ocean front, we had a direct view of the ocean across from us, which was made possible because the house is nestled perfectly between two houses across the street with a wide path/boardwalk down to the beach. It felt like the ocean was in our backyard! We could literally walk out our front door and to the ocean. The beach is hardly crowded at all even on the nicest days and weekends. Very clean, beautiful sand beaches, beautifully clean water. Lots of dolphin, watching!

Overall, I was really happy with our stay at Pinch Me. There was an abundance of things to do in the area. It was a very short walk to the beach. The only improvement I would like to see is cleanliness of the outdoor area. The bar in the pool area had sand toys laying around, and the countertops had not been cleaned.

We have returned here year after year for over 10 years and each stay is more unique than the last.The layout of Pinch Me is so perfect for big families; with it’s great location and pool it couldn’t be better. It’s location puts you close enough to shopping, restaurants and entertainment but away from the crowds.Not to mention the clean, organized and constantly updated spaces make it even more awesome. Sleeping arrangements worked out for all 23 of us! House was clean. Swimming pool was our main hang out area, only suggestion would be more lounge chairs but we made the best of it and it didnt make or break our vacation at all. We liked that the beach wasnt crowded and loved the area in general!

The property was great. Looked just like the pictures and was very relaxing. We were 45 minutes early and it was a down pour. I reached out to owner and they let us in early which was nice. The only inconvenience was when at 4pm on Wednesday with everyone was swimming in the pool a random bug guy showed up and said he needed to spray the property . He told us everything on the outside of the house needed to be brought inside and the pool area emptied and also brought inside. I feel this type Of Thing should have been done on check in/out day when the renters wouldn’t have been inconvenienced. Other than that the stay was great.

This house was perfect for all my family. The owner is amazing! I asked if the house had a high chair. It didn’t however the owner bought one and delivered it the next day. The house was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay at Pinch Me again. The only thing possibly missing is a hot tub.
