30+ day stay! Vacation rental within walking distance to the oceanfront/boardwalk/and a large variety of local favorite dining options. The home has all new furniture, including a cute hideaway with king bed in one of the primary rooms. All bedrooms are equipped with TV's . Cozy up and enjoy all this home has to offer with family and friends. *Please inquire about our pet rules if you want to bring your 4-legged friend. Our pet fee is $100 per stay. *

30+ day stays require background check, lease, and deposit after booking. Booking will be canceled if not completed. All stays over 30 days are brokered by Sojourn Realty.

Convenient, bright, nicely appointed, and clean townhouse near the Virginia Beach Boardwalk
Overall, the house was nicely appointed, very clean, bright, and inviting, and it was perfect for our family of six adults to stay for an extended weekend. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating to our needs and any concerns that came up. It is conveniently located about two blocks from the boardwalk with businesses and restaurants within easy walking distance. Parking was along the street but was readily available in front during our October stay. Just be mindful to put the provided parking hangtag on your vehicle at all times when you are parked or you will be ticketed.

Lovely property
Stayed here for an annual guys trip. The house was probably the best looking house we have stayed in for our guys trips. All the standard things were available and the house is in such a convenient location. We loved it.
