The service is amazing!!!!! The staff, from all areas of the hotel, were truly wonderful and helpfull at all times. However the linens and towels are scratchy. I dont have expensive linens and towels at home so my expectations are not that high.

The room was very clean. The staff was VERY friendly and attentive. There were so many events to keep us entertained and on the resort, if we weren’t visiting family, we wouldn’t have had a reason to leave the hotel at all during our stay. I had such a great stay from the staff to the food. Honorable mention to Rio at the omelet station, he definitely started our day off pleasant with his good energy and food made with love. We will definitely be back! 10 stars

The staff was pleasant, helpful and efficient at making changes to my reservation. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with friendly staff.

The staff was very helpful and polite. The parking was a little confusing at first since this hotel and the hotel across from it share the same parking garage. The staff was very helpful in directing us where to go and helped if there was any trouble with our parking pass. The food was appetizing, and the drink service was very nice. There was a limit on the drinks, but they had good alcohol content. They also provided snacks with the evening drink service. The shower in our room was amazing and the beds we're comfortable. A little bit on the firm side, but not overly firm. Would stay here again.

Everyone was friendly from the moment we drove up. Dining options were plentiful within the resort (3 hotels) and extremely walkable. It was very convenient to hit the beach with chairs and towels provided. The complimentary breakfast and free happy hour made each day begin and end in a great way! Would love to bring friends back to visit again!
