It was nice for the price, but my 2 day stay it was noisy, doors kept Scamming from next door ppls., beds and coffee table kept sliding across the floor, washcloths and towels were dingy and the room had a phone for just show it wasnt no socket for the line the furniture was outdated and old as was the building, i inly recommend this hotel if you want to stay within a budget

It has a very old look to it. Upkeep could be a little better. But for the price it is pretty much in line. Plenty of apace in the room. I would suggest something to to circulate the air in the bedroom becuase its so far from the A/C. I do like the TV in bedroom also.

I Booked specifically for the indoor pool got to the property and it was closed and looked like it hadn't been open for months, the website says it's only closed for the month of April. So I was stuck with a hotel with no pool when the whole purpose was of staying was the pool!!!!! Broken pullout couch unusable, smoke detector needed batteries and wouldn't stop beeping Lights placed in hallway make the room extremely bright even with lights turned off.

At least we got to go to the beach
It wasn’t terrible for a quick overnight trip to the beach and having a balcony on the beach was very nice. However the room needed lots of updates and repairs. There was sand everywhere when we checked in. We had a room that included a separate bedroom area and the door to the room made an awful sound when opening and closing. It was rough trying to not wake up any kids. There’s also only one air conditioner in the “living room” area and it’s opposite where the bedroom is so the room was quite warm to sleep in.

What I liked was free parking and the desk person was amiable. I did not like the fact that the door closest to the path that led to the beach from the hotel being locked. The air conditioning was located in the suite section of the room with none in the bed room. The front desk told me to use the switch on the wall in the bedroom to get air, but it did not work. The elevator and hallway were dirty on my floor. Pipes were exposed in my bathroom and the furniture was soiled. It was economical but I do not think I would stay again. Also, they need new TVs: the ones there were very dated and not user friendly.

We only booked this hotel because we were 3 and needed a closed bedroom, also, the location was ideal for us, but that's it. The place strongly needs maintenance and a thorough cleaning. There is dirt, everywhere ! The premises, the parking lot, the hallways, the room floors, walls and furniture. The ice machine on the 4th floor was not working. I don't think they ever clean these machines so I would only use the ice for the bucket to cool my wine.They advertise a kitchen, yet it has nothing. No dining table, no cookware, no silverware, no dishes, no rags nor cleaning supplies. There was no cold water on tap. The sofa bed was horribly uncomfortable and we had to ask for a replacement because the first one wouldn't open. There is no bathroom tissue. They only gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper. Housekeeping never came to the room in the 3 days that we were there.The linens were stained and upon arrival, there were only 3 towels, no bath carpet or face towels, we had to ask for more. The bedding is cheap and stained.The coffee maker may be the cheapest on the market and had unsufficient amount of coffee for 3 people, for 3 days.The sliding door was hard to open. There is NO POOL. I stayed at that hotel in May 2000 and it was gorgeous. It's sad that it has been left to die since. The owners obviously don't care about their property nor their clients. Because it is not part of a hotel chain, they don't care about standards. In this case, it doesn't even meet the bare minimum. AVOID
