"Clean and new two story townhouse located near old downtown. While it has four beds the main living space upstairs seems tight for parties more than three adults or two adults and one or two small children. Parking of large trucks would seem like a challenge but our midsized sedan fit snugly. Great place for two. Certainly close to central Reno in a revitalized older neighborhood,"

"Thank you for making this excellent, well maintained & appointed home available. Far enough to escape traffic with a quiet neighborhood but close enough to everything else in the Incline area. We enjoyed the deck & BBQ. The shower downstairs was excellent. The kitchen has everything you would want to cook gormet meals. Comfortable furniture. Beds were not to firm but could use a pillow top if your a side sleeper. We would highly recommend this home to anyone & will return there ourselves in the...

"Perfect location for my five day stay with my little dog. Katherine was welcoming when I arrived but I didn’t see her again until I left. Super clean, very large space with all the amenities you could hope for. The full size refrigerator/freezer and oven are above what you usually find in rental spaces that contain a microwave and coffee pot. Would definitely return for another stay. Everything was perfect! "

"This house is great for multiple families. Plenty of space inside and out to enjoy everyone. It didn’t feel crowded even with 8 adults 1 child and a dog. Great views of the mountains and downtown Reno. Benjamin is a great host. If you do need to contact him he responds quickly. We would stay here again. Thank you again Benjamin we had a great time!"

"This is the first time we rented 2 homes for our vacation with our children and grandchildren. The yard in between was a perfect hang out and the gate provided easy access between the houses. Both homes had everything we needed and we had more than enough space and rooms for all 10 of us. The location was perfect and the 4 bedroom house had beautiful views of downtown at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"The property was perfect for our trip. Eugene was great about responding to questions and request. We celebrated our daughters graduation from UNR and the location of this house was perfect. One thing, to mention, it says remove shoes when entering the home, but our shoes were cleaner than the floor. Please tell your housekeeping team to make sure they mop after every rental, the floor was filthy. Also please make sure they check the coffee maker, it was broken because a piece was missing...
