"The hotel takes pride in their service- from check in to room service and dining. All requests are met ASAP. We even saw some guests being unreasonable but their needs were catered without any complaint. We highly recommend the Kai Reataurant. The chef is a very talented person who can make all kinds of Asian food and present them very creatively. We are there twice. Breakfast options were also great. "
