"The property had a very modern style and was well suited to a family that wanted a good sized house with room for both inside and outside living. The pool was excellent in terms of size and provided a welcomed break from the sunny days outside. The air conditioning and blinds provided a cool temperature in the house and also a level of security. Set in a location close to the main roadways and near to local shops and amenities I would thoroughly recommend a stay at the property for exploring...

"Tout était parfait. Accueil sympathique et serviable de Stéphanie, maison en parfait état et à la hauteur de nos espérances. Bâtiment rénové avec gout et super équipé. Grande piscine pour nous rafraîchir qui a fait le bonheur de tous. Village très proche et supérette locale bien pratique. Qu’ajouter ? "We spent 10 days in this lovely property in September 2024. The house is brand new and has all the amenities you can wish for. Three lovely bedrooms, one bathroom, one shower room and a separate toilet. The glass doors in the kitchen fully opens to a lovely private terrace and garden with a very nice swimming pool. The house also has an automated gated entry and a garage which makes you feel safe. The village of Faucon has a bakery and two restaurants and the nearest grocery shop is 8 minutes...

"This house swallowed up our extended family of 10 adults and 9 grandchildren, with plenty of space for all. The large kitchen is superb with outdoor or indoor dining. The sitting room likewise is spacious, comfortable and air conditioned. All the bedrooms / bathrooms are excellent. "Absolutely loved this place. Completely isolated, so peaceful and quiet. Loved the large jacuzzi/pool, ideal for cooling down from the summer heat. Great location with fabulous views. Owner responded in good time with any teething problems, ie we had a power issue, that was easily and quickly resolved. Would love to stay there again."

"We really enjoyed our stay. It's a nice house, well equipped, clean and with a walled outside area which was great for our dog. The pool is great and the air conditioning came in handy on the last, very hot day. The location in the Villages-du-Rhône is great. We could get everywhere we wanted to go within a 20min drive. "Excellent accueil de la propriétaire, généreuse et chaleureuse. Elle a mille et un conseils pour vos sorties dans la région . Le logement en lui-même est parfaitement entretenu, au calme, la piscine magnifique, on peine à trouver un défaut à ce séjour. En fait le seul souci c'est qu'une semaine chez Mme Feron passe bien trop vite. À bientôt j'espère."

"We loved our stay at Fred's house. Fred is great with communication. He responds really quickly to my texts. His house is located at the base of the medieval village, about 3 minutes from the Roman bridge. It takes no time to get anywhere in Vaison from this house. My husband and I took trips to different places every day, but loved coming back to the house, sitting on the little balcony and watch all the action on the street. I loved the view as well."

"Déçus par la maison qui mériterait un grand rafraîchissement ainsi qu’un grand nettoyage. Seules la literie et les salles de bains étaient convenables . Le bruit de la rue est insupportable et nous a valu des nuits blanches. "

"Nous avons eu un super séjour dans cette location moderne, neuve, arrangée avec goût, les deux terrasses permettent de profiter du soleil d'entre saison, la vue sur le mont Ventoux et la provence. La piscine est un gros plus et à cette saison la température de 30 degrés est parfaite. Grand parking sécurisé et voisinage très calme. Nous reviendrions volontiers. A recommander"
