"My wife and I stayed at Citadines Bacolod for 3 nights in March 2025. It's a new hotel, nicely designed and in a good location with excellent restaurants near by. The room was comfortable and spacious. Our only complaint was that the ventilation is poor and you cannot open the windows. There is a strong insecticide smell in the hallway, which leaks into the room. I must say that this is a common issue in the Philippines."

"Sheets were stained a little…breakfast only accustomed to Filipino food. Hotel had a cool design, bathroom design is really nice. Bathroom on the top deck was stinky. Gym equipment is less than average. Beautiful entrance. Hot tub wasn’t always hot….."

"The only reason I rate the 4 on over all is because they wrote my pick up time from the airport wrong ,,,, other than that, the staff facility was fantastic,,,, I could also suggest that instead of a cooler, a fridge in your room would be more convenient, as I found the cooler did nothing, it was plugged in, but didn’t keep anything cold at all "

"This is our favorite hotel to stay for many years now.Its because of convenience. And The breakfast buffet is also great. The staff is friendly as well. Overall the hotel is one of the best in Tacloban in terms of convenience. It is walking distance to Robinsons mall and they have parking space. This recent stay were a little disappointed on cleanliness as there was a pimple puss splattered on the mirror, housekeeping must have missed it . The door handle was broken you had to push it to get it...
