"Staff will do everything to make sure your trip to Visby is a wonderful one. We had a personal emergency come up and the hotel owner sprung into action to make sure we could handle the situation as smoothly as possible from Sweden. Excellent breakfast included with gluten free options, room was lovely - old touches like stained glass and exposed brick wall but also modern, and the location was two turns away from the tourist hub, so it was quiet. The courtyard is lovely. Wouldn’t want to stay...

"We stayed in the annex apartment with 3 bedrooms and a huge living room. Only one shower though. Right on the center shopping street with restaurants so can be noisy with people and cars. You must take stairs to the first level. Breakfast is in the main building down the street."

"We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful and convenient. We stayed in the 1-bed apartment for 4. It came with full size kitchen, huge bath, washer/dryer and a cute balcony. Friendly staff and yummy breakfast. The apartment is right next to a popular night club. We were there from Wed to Fri and they had events with loud music every night until 2am which could be a problem for someone who enjoy quiet night. "

"This hotel was not easy to find in the dark after your ferry arrives late. That said, we had a very helpful woman desk clerk who helped us get checked in late. The rooms are quite small, even smaller than what one finds in Swedish hotels. Parking was good, in several places, but it worked out for us. Food in the restaurant was very good, as was breakfast. So overall, a good experience for us in Visby at this hotel."

"we were on 3rd floor with lift access. the room and toilet are big. room is well layout and bright. however, bed is too soft with a sink-in in the middle. breakfast is enjoyable and though we stayed 5nights we look forward to the breakfast. the restaurant is good too. had a double burger, chicken salad and beer. traveling to stockholm and will be also staying at another scandic hotel. "We simply needed a clean place to sleep for 2 nights. You shouldn't be staying here if you want any perks or extras. It is a simple, clean, and safe place to rest between your adventures in Gotland.
