"The Falls was the kid’s favorite spot during the day. Made good use of the pickleball courts in the evening and the family pool for a later dip in the water. In-room service was great. Everyone was helpful an attentive. Great overall!"

"This is NOTHING like the photos on here. NOTHING is clean or safe. The staff all have bad attitudes because they know how bad the place is! Any place that makes you inspect the room BEFORE you check in and pay already knows they are crap. There hasn't been a pool for over a year and they don't plan to fix it. There are homeless living in the parking lot. The room was gross. The tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. There was a big gap under the door and around the door frame. There were barking dogs in one of the rooms being lived in. The filter on the room air conditioner was filthy. And there was a roach crawling in the bathroom."

"Hotel itself was quiet but be prepared for noise from planes, trains, and automobiles! Property in good condition for its age. Staff doing a good job. Poolside area very nice. "

"Horrible horrible!!.. The pictures advertised looke like a completely different hotel..this hotel was DIRTY!!.. the table had koolaod and food stains..towel racks broken hanging off the wall. floor and walls dirty full of handprints. Could not get ahold of staff will never stay again."

"Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with our room. We arrived in the evening and after being checked in we went to our room. When we unlocked the door, we had trouble getting it open. With some shoulder power, it pushed open to reveal the problem. Obviously the door to this room had been kicked in at some point in time. The door jam was all broken and cracked. There were blood stains on the sheets and bed cover. A dirty wet rag on the microwave. A shampoo bottle cap in the tub and blood on the bathroom door. We never touched a thing, turned around, and went back to the front desk. The front desk gentleman did not hesitate in giving us an immediate refund on our stay. Unfortunately, because of the short notice on a one week stay, our vacation cost us a couple thousand more than expected to find another room during spring training. "
