"My first time in Florence and it was the best place to stay. So relaxing, amazing views, and the on site team is the epitome of hospitality. Special shoutout to Sara for her kindness. I stayed in the Leonardo Da Vinci suite. Looking out the window was as if I was looking at a postcard. My favorite thing to do was sitting in the garden, under the shade, listening to the cypress trees leaves move in the wind. So relaxing. Will definitely stay there again next time I’m in the area. "

"Fantastic stay. Staff were kind and welcoming. The room was in great condition. We had a drink on the terrace which was a lovely treat. The galley on the 4th floor where we stayed, the vending machine was out of order which was a little disappointing, but likely just saved me money in the long run. I loved the free chamomile tea I was able to have before bed. "

"Five star service Giorgio!!! Concierge was amazing and very helpful. Downstairs bartender was great. Hotel is a little far out from the center but totally walkable to almost anywhere. The hotel rooftop view was magical. They had a live band during sunset to make it an unforgettable evening. Our room was spacious. The bed could use some work very hard and not to comfortable. The aesthetics in the room were true luxurious. I loved it and will stay again this October."
