O hotel tem boa estrutura e alimentacao e bebibas muito bem preparadas, entretanto o atendimento ao hospede deixa a desejar. Logo no check in nenhuma informação foi transmitida, nem mesmo quanto a horarios, ambientes e disponibilidades de servicos. O bar da piscina nao estava ativo, o que e compreensivo desde que de tempos em tempos alguem circulasse para questionar os desejos dos hospedes, o que nao ocorreu. Para solicitar algum atendimento deveriamos usar um telefone existente no bar. A entrega de toda bebida ou refeicao era sempre demorada, mesmo sendo uma simples agua. Nosso ultimo jantar aguardamos 50 min para os pratos, sendo nós os primeiros clientes. Nossa expectativa por ser um hotel senac era de atendentes super bem treinados e atenciosos. Destacamos apenas Vinicius e Monica que se mostraram mais simpaticos e prestativos. Alem de tudo, eventos corporativos estavam acontecendo, limitando por exemplo o bar , sem nenhum aviso prévio, pois so tomamos conhecimento disso ao entrarmos no bar e verificarmos que era um evento privado. Fomos ate a portaria e ela nos confirmou. Uma pena, e desejamos que isso tenha sido um periodo isolado. Mas infelizmente nossa experiência nao foi a melhor.

Os quartos são amplos, confortáveis e recentemente reformados, porém na questão de acessibilidade foi decepcionante, viajamos com 3 casais de idosos, nós e 2 casais deixaram no primeiro andar onde o acesso aos quartos só é feito por escadas, isso dificultou principalmente para o meu sogro que tem limitações nas pernas. O atendimento do restaurante noturno também não foi satisfatório, chegamos às 21 horas e vários pratos não estavam disponíveis, os preços também dos pratos são altos pela qualidade. O café da manhã é bom e variado.

O hotel é excelente. É incrível se hospedar em um hotel desta categoria e com funcionários tão capacitados. O restaurante é uma joia a parte. Por se tratar de um restaurante escola, você tem a chance de experenciar pratos deliciosos com uma equipe te servindo extremamente cordial. Passei dias fenomenais neste hotel. A vista que o hotel favorece é coisa de outro mundo. Recomendo.

Apesar o do Hotel estar passando por reformas na área externa, tudo está funcionando perfeitamente bem. Quartos confortáveis e limpos. Café da Manhã completo. No Restaurante, destaque para a Moqueca Capixaba, servida em Buffet com diversos frutos do mar como acompanhamento. A Área de Entretenimento, deixa um pouco a desejar. Apesar do hotel possuir um belo parque aquático, esse é sub utilizado por não possuir um serviço de bar próximo. No Atendimento, todos os funcionários vestem a camisa do hotel e, buscam sempre atender aos hóspedes com agilidade. Durante a minha estadia estava acontecendo dois grandes eventos no Hotel, no entanto não prejudicou em nada os serviços do hotel. O hotel está localizado bem próximo ao Shopping Vitória e a Praia da Jurema, onde você encontrará diversas opções de restaurantes e bares. Bem próximo ao hotel, na Ilha do Boi, você encontrará a Praia Grande, ideal para família com crianças. Além do fácil acesso às regiões vizinhas de Vila Velha.

O hotel está numa das melhores regiões de Vitória, com acesso fácil à praia e as atrações de Vitória e Vila Velha. Há um shopping que também pode ser acessado a pé. Os quartos são recém reformados, amplos, bem arejados e bem iluminados. Há uma bela piscina e o café da manhã é super completo. Acredito que é a melhor opção da região para estadia a lazer.
