Easy check in, good breakfast and a nice room with a nice bed too. At the beginning I had a problem with the air conditioning in the room but in a few hours they solved me by setting up a room. I have no problem coming back one day.

You have to specifically ask to have your room cleaned, which we found odd. Breakfast was okay, but the staff wasn't great.

I have one night and added another reservation and I left to go out to the mall . But around 5 pm I got at the hotel and tried to transfer my reservation to Aracruz city or cancel my reservation I was able to play penalty for those options. Who where there went to a private room making to waining 15 mins and cow works says he is talking to the manager. When came he doesn’t says anything and I asked him he’s says is the same I told you no.

Estadia mediana conforme valor, apenas estacionamento pago a parte, e isso não me atentei pois quando estive nesse hotel na ultima vez não era. Se soubesse dessa cobrança teria escolhido outra opção de hotel com mesmo valor. Café da manha também diferente suco era gosto muito artificial. O cartão chave sempre dava problema e tinha que voltar a recepção e isso era extremamente desagradável visto que estávamos no 8°andar. No mais cama confortável.
