A happy to return review
This was our second stay at Motel 991. The rooms and public areas are extremely clean and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. It provides everything you would expect and more for a budget hotel. They even booked me a doctor's appointment 5 minutes away.

Après une erreur de réservation pour laquelle nous nous en sommes aperçus tout de suite nous avons appelé immédiatement nous n'avons jamais pu avoir quelqu'un au téléphone. Passant par l'assistance ns n'avons jamais pu obtenir un remboursement. Je ne conseille donc pas du tout cet hôtel.

Hotel confortable mais 2 gros problèmes rédhibitoires : 1) l'hôtel m'a facturé la nuit alors que la réservation était prépayée, j'ai donc payé 2 fois le séjour, et 2) il n'y avait plus de savon dans le distributeur de la douche, j'ai dû sortir de la douche tout mouillé pour prendre du savon au distributeur du lavabo et revenir dans la douche pour me laver.

Très bon hôtel, bien situé, chambre très confortable, bien agencée. La dame à l'accueil nous a très bien accueilli, grand sourire, aimable, serviable,. Café et thé en libre service à la réception de l'hôtel, très bon petit déjeuner. Parking gratuit devant les chambres. Un très bon restaurant à côté. Et en plus très calme.
