"Our check in was seamless, the staff gave us all the info we needed including a map where she indicated what attractions were where and which we could go into. The room was clean and inviting. Breakfast was good and stocked well. Parking - we found a lot about 300m away so parked there and walked to the hotel from it, was pretty straightforward and easy. Highly recommend this hotel."

"This place was beyond my expectations. The staff was lovely, I had a comfortable quiet sleep in my lovely hotel room as The bed was like a cloud and spacious. "Had a good stay for four nights, but it is more of an Airbnb than a hotel. I would not prefer their reception-less method if traveling alone. Rooms are spacious and quiet, but a little dingy/dusty. Showers would not stay warm for long in the evenings but mornings were fine. We had to contact owners for more towels and toilet paper but they arrived very quickly and seemed happy to check in with us. "LOVED this place!!! It has a Harry Potter vibe, in a good adult way! Mysterious dark green walls, cutest antiques and oddities (dried beetles in bell jars)… little snugs with honor bars, Guerlain Eau Imperiale bath products and hotel fragrance!
