"The Spa hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of location and SPA facilities "

"Really enjoyed staying here. The staff were lovely! They found out we was here for a Birthday and gave us a free drink voucher to use at the bar and late checkout. The room was spacious and spotless and all the amenities you could need and want. The breakfast choice was was surperb and delicious. The only downside was the amount we paid for parking. We paid £100 pound for a day and a half to park our car. They did give us a discount voucher but we had already paid before we knew they did this, but it would still have worked out at about £75 which i think is still very dear. Despite this we would stay here again but would pay to park outside of the hotel or get a train."

"Wonderful stay, great location close to the shops. Executive room was really good with the perk of the executive lounge with all day hot drinks and soft drinks, and evening canapés and wine and larger included."

"Lovely hotel a little disapointed with the nouse from tge building work starting at 8am . I was looking forward to a relaxing lie-in but that was cut short but otherwise it was super with lovely staff across the board "
