Villa is located in the south-western part of Istria, just 3 km from the region's tourist centre Pula. We recommend it to families with children and to guests who prefer tranquillity rather than the hustle and bustle of big cities. Besides bathing and suntanning, you can also spend your time bike riding because many Istrian cycling trails pass through or near Galizana.

Pula is a town with a lot of historical and cultural landmarks, but with no doubt the greatest of them all is the Amphitheatre. This amazing monumental construction, popularly called the Arena of Pula, was built in the 1st Century AD during the reign of Emperor Vespasian. Today it's an impressive site where many concerts, operas, ballet, theatrical performances and film festivals are held. International stars have concerts in the Roman arena trough out the summer.
Vodnjan is a charming town with visible Venetian influence in its many medieval houses and narrow winding streets full of shops and cafes, and outdoor life. You can eat spectacular ice creams, sip cool beers and crisp dry white malvasia local wine or browse in the town market. The focal point of the town is the Baroque church of St Blaise, well worth a visit as it contains great old master Italian paintings, antique items and relics. If you are in Vodnjan in August, you will be entertained by the traditional summer festival with all kinds of food stalls to sample from, local arts and crafts and music performances in town square
