"Excellent property, well equipped both inside and out. Located just a short walk to the beach and the pretty village with a small supermarket and variety of bars and restaurants. The owner , Eric Speckens provided us with lots of information prior to our arrival and met us personally both on arrival and departure. We will be back."

"Wir haben das lange Wochenende im kleinen Häuschen von Rob und Francis sehr genossen. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Es ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Lage ist phantastisch. Vielleicht ein kleiner Hinweis für Menschen, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind: Der Aufstieg zur Empore auf der das Bett steht, geht über eine recht steile Leiter und ist somit etwas sportlich."

"Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Vlissingen und die Nähe zum Strand sehr genossen. Das Wohnzimmer war sehr gemütlich und der Blick in den Garten toll. Abzüge gibt es für die Betten, die nicht sehr bequem waren und die steile Treppe zum ersten Stock, die nicht erwähnt wurde. Für uns und die Kinder war es okay, für ältere Leute und kleine Kinder wäre mit die zu steil. Schade fand ich auch, dass es in der Küche keinen großen Topf gab um für 5 Leute Spaghetti zu kochen und in den Schlafzimmern haben...

"This holiday house is cosy and has a sunny patio. Lots of birds. At night it is peaceful. We love to walk the paths around Scheldeoord, and to walk along the dijk and beach. We have stayed here twice now. and will return to be close to family in Zeeland."

"Beautiful home with perfect proportions for a family of six. The owner was friendly and accommodating. Anyone who wants to get away from the holiday camp ambience but wants to be within an easy drive of all daily requirements is perfectly catered for. The beaches of the delta are a 15 minute drive but come prepared with a strand umbrella and factor 50 as it does get hot despite the northerly breeze. The town of Goes is about 15 minutes drive with most large grocery retailers (Jumbo + ALDI)....

"Habe über FeWo-direkt bei Belvilla gebucht. Bei FeWo-direkt habe ich ein Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern gebucht, in Breskens angekommen stand ich vor einem Tinyhouse. Die Kommunikation war nicht hilfreich (Warteschleifen, dann wurde ich so lange weitergeleitet bis niemand mehr ran ging). Im Endeffekt stand ich mit meinem Problem allein vor Ort. Daher empfehle daher direkt über Roompot zu buchen, da diese vor Ort sind und bei über Belvilla gebuchte Häuser nicht helfen können."

"Das Haus war im Untergeschoss in einem unmöglichen Zustand. Die Toiletten und das Bad sind wohl mindestens seit 20 Jahren nicht mehr saniert worden. Offensichtlich wurde die Schimmelbildung überstrichen. Meine Familie hat Allergien und hat auf diesen Zustand extrem reagiert. Mit Unterstützung der Verwaltung konnten wir das Haus wechseln gegen Mehrkosten. Nicht zu empfehlen!!!"

"Had a very nice stay in this comfortable, modern apartment with plenty of space, hot water and comfy bed. Convenient location near to Opera metro stop. A very good kitchen, although it could do with some new pans... two were unusable as all scratched..and maybe a small bottle of cooking oil so guests can cook without having to buy any. Overall would definitely recommend. "

"I would go back. Staff was very friendly and tried very hard to make my stay enjoyable. Minus one star because I had to go buy an electrical adapter and I got lost looking for the laundry. Also, couldn’t find the hair dryer or room safe till the last day. Breakfast was tasty and the lady in the breakfast area was super friendly and took pride in her work. Rooms were very clean and bed comfortable. Loved my balcony overlooking the city. One lovely staff member even went to the store to buy...

"Das haus war so wie beschrieben. alles war sehr gut organisiert. der Pool war gut, Zubehör, wie zB ein großer Schwimmreifen, Sitzpolster für die Sitzgelegenheiten waren im Gartenhaus. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man für den täglichen Gebrauch braucht. Es ist ein älteres Haus, man darf also nicht davon ausgehen alles neu vorzufinden. wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Abende auf der Terasse waren sehr angenehm. Bitte bringt euch Anti-Mückenschutz mit. Danke"
