Große Wohnung in schöner Lage mit Abstrichen

Da die eigentlich Wohnung nicht verfügbar war, haben wir eine andere größere Wohnung bekommen. Die Wohnung war sehr groß, bequeme Betten und schöne Lage. Leider wirkte es, als ob man in einer bewohnten Wohnung lebt und nicht wie eine Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr lieblos mit allerlei Kram dekoriert und nicht sehr gemütlich. Auch die Möbel sind ziemlich zusammengewürfelt. Schade, denn eigentlich könnte man hier eine richtig tolle Wohnung herrichten. Leider war die Wohnung auch nicht sehr sauber. Teilweise war Geschirr noch schmutzig, staubige Ecken ect. Für den günstigen Preis war es für uns jetzt soweit in Ordnung.

Zum Übernachten reicht es

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ok. Sie ist sauber und mit dem wichtigsten Sachen ausgestattet. Leider halten sich nicht alle Gäste an das Rauchverbot und es hat sehr nach Rauch gerochen, schade. Der Vermieter ist nett und man kann ihn gut erreichen.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Zum Frühstück machen hat die Miniküche gereicht, mehr haben wir gar nicht gebraucht. Für Ausflüge eine ideale Ausgangslage. Der Preis war günstig. Gerne mal wieder

Schöne Unterkunft für Rust und Umgebung

Die Unterkunft ist Klasse um z. B. Wie wir, Rust und Umgebung zu erkunden. Mit niedlicher kleiner Küche, Wasserkocher und einem Beistellbackofen. In dem wir unsere Brötchen aufbacken konnten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist weit mehr als super gelaufen, so macht der Urlaub richtig Spaß

Gute und günstige Unterkunft

Sind mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden gewesen. Alles war sehr sauber. Mehr kann man für diesen günstigen Preis echt nicht erwarten. Die Unterkunft entsprach exakt der Beschreibung und den Bildern auf der Buchungswebsite. Nur der Anfahrtsweg von der A5 aus ist ein bisschen schwierig zu fahren aufgrund ziemlich schmaler Straßen den Serpentinen entlang.

Wir waren von unserer Unterkunft doppelt überrascht: 1.Großzügiges Doppel-Hotelzimmer mit Schrankeinbauküche zu supergünstigem Preis. 2.Lage in ländlichem Idyll mitten im Kaiserstuhl-Weinanbaugebiet mit guter Verkerhsanbindung (15 min bis Autobahnauffahrt)

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und ordentlich! Für den Preis wirklich nur zu empfehlen! Außerdem ist die Lage direkt im Kaiserstuhl sehr schön. Da wir mit offenen Fenster schlafen und das Zimmer zur Straße raus lag, waren die Autos morgens lauter zu hören, aber nur für ca. einen Stunde. Danach war es wieder angenehm ruhig.

Geschirr und Küchenschubladen waren stark verschmutzt. Zwei vorhandene Wasserkocher waren stark verkalkt. Kein Esstisch. Mahlzeiten müssen im Flur oder Schlafzimmer an Couchtischen eingenommen werden. Putzkammer und Wäsche für alle Ferienwohnungen in diesem Hause sind in der Wohnung untergebracht. Deshalb musste Personal des Vermieters während des Urlaubs in die Wohnung. Zu unserem Entsetzen hat die Wohnungstür offen gestanden als wir in der Nacht zurück kamen.

De sleuteloverdracht verliep best goed. Het afspreken ging wat moeilijk omdat de eigenaar alleen Duits spreekt (en nogal snel). Eens ginder was het onthaal zeer vriendelijk. Relatief kleine woning, maar voor een weekje en prijs/kwaliteitsgericht zeker te doen. De keuken is heel klein, maar er zijn voldoende kookspullen aanwezig. Badkamers en de kamers waren zeker in orde en proper.
