"Quiet neighborhood with a rainforest like atmosphere. Covered outside area to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning and libations in the evening after a grand hike around the rim. The beds were soft. The gas fireplace was awesome on a rainy evening after dinner. This place was perfect for our stay and we would love to stay here again given the opportunity. "

"If you go to the Big Island, this is where you want to stay. The view is the best. We saw sea turtles every morning. It was less than 10 minutes from a good-sized farmer's market. All the stuff in Hilo is just 30 minutes away. Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults. Lots of beach gear! Thank you."

"This was a lovely home sourround by a beautiful landscaping. You must be able to sleep with minimum airconditioning as they turn off every four hours. "We were greeted upon arrival and got an early check-in which was very nice. There are lots of room options, and our building had a common area with a fireplace. A very friendly young man even can to light it for us! The place uses catchment for showering and out of the tap but supplies bottled water for drinking. I do wish that bottle wasn't located in the bathroom. We had a two night stay and did not get a room refresh although the staff said to just ask and we could get whatever we needed...
