This 2-bedroom detached holiday home for 4 persons is located in Volkel with authentic details such as the beautiful hatches, the large beams and old-style furniture. Guests are allowed full access to this home providing you with complete privacy and no human exposure, keeping you safe. The sauna will keep you refreshed here.

From here, you can easily take many hiking and cycling tours through the countryside. You can play golf at the golf course de Leemskuilen just 8 km away. If you want to eat out, you can find several nice restaurants and shops in nearby Uden. Or you could visit Grave, an old town by the Meuse river. The beautiful city of Den Bosch is of course also worth a visit. And the Efteling is less than an hour by car away.

To enjoy outdoor living, you have a sheltered terrace and a spacious garden. Evenings are better with barbecued meals, authentic red wine, and light music. In case you have children along, a children's bed and a high chair are present.

Haus mit vielen Antiquitäten und daher attraktiv. Im zweiten Badezimmer + Toilette im Erdgeschoss sowie in der Toilette im Obergeschoss muss man aufgrund einer antiken Zisterne etwas aufpassen, aber das sorgt für das gewisse Extra an Nostalgie. Der Gasherd mit zwei Brennern funktioniert einwandfrei. Für die Kombination aus Mikrowelle und Backofen muss die Außentür geöffnet werden, da sie sich in einem angrenzenden privaten Raum befindet, aber sie funktioniert einwandfrei. Eine Waschmaschine brauchten wir nicht. Der Geschirrspüler ist eine halbierte Version, aber Gläser, Besteck, Geschirr und Töpfe/Pfannen passen gut hinein. Die Sauna im Raum neben dem Wasch-/Ofenraum ist wunderbar. Und nach der Nutzung sind Sie wunderbar privat, ohne jeglichen Einblick. In Bezug auf Möbel; alles antik. Das Sofa könnte ausgetauscht werden, da es recht hart ist. Im Obergeschoss ist die Hochzeitssuite mit der freistehenden Badewanne fantastisch. Auch hier ist Vorsicht beim Wasserhahn geboten. Etwas zusätzlicher Sonnenschutz wäre wünschenswert. Das Haus liegt an einer ziemlich stark befahrenen Straße, was vor allem durch die nahegelegene Bodenschwelle beeinträchtigt wird, die dazu führt, dass der Verkehr langsamer wird und man oft wieder aufs Gaspedal drückt. Anscheinend haben sie es in dieser Region sehr eilig... Nach einer Nacht haben wir uns zumindest daran gewöhnt. Nelleke begrüßte uns mit Kaffee und Keksen. Grandios! Darüber hinaus haben wir keinen Kontakt zu den Eigentümern aufgenommen, was für uns in Ordnung war.
