"The staff were so kind and competent. The rooms were very nice and had a lot of cool stuff for guests to use. Hammocks, coolers, walking sticks, bikes, and other things that would be useful. The hot tub and sauna area was very nice. They also had a great out door hangout area with fire pits and good chairs. I’ll definitely go back! "

"Loved these cabins! They were small but had a lot of space, included extra blankets and pillows which I loved. They allow dogs for an additional charge which is fine. I wish more places allowed dogs for free but it’s their business and they can choose what they want. The employee/ owner?? That checked us in was very nice, overall an awesome place! Will definitely be back, tons of deer in the area , that was cool! "

"Hotel is in the mountains...so peaceful and beautiful. Very comfortable and efficient room. Felt like being in a cabin. Room had standard refrig and stove, sink, cabinets, sm appliances, plates, cups, glasses, silverware. Great shower pressure. Bed was comfortable. No AC... don't need it. Back patio with grills, hot tub and chairs. River in grounds for fishing. Mountains all around property. Highly recommend."

" I liked that I was able to get a cabin at the last minute on a holiday weekend. The owners were very pleasant and made check-in easy. The cabin was a nice size and the chairs and bed were mostly comfortable. (Bed had a sag in the middle.) THe bathroom configuration was unusual and made access to the sink less than desirable but was workable. The towels were musty smelling. The shower was good but the curtain not long enough. I flooded the bathroom floor until I figured out how...

"We had a great stay here. Super clean cabin. My family of four loved this cabin as it had plenty of room for us all to sleep and play and relax. All three beds even the futon was super comfy. The water pressure in the shower was great as well. This was perfect location as we went to alamosa one day and pagosa the next. "

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon for about a week! It was absolutely stunning. The hot tub was amazing and it was very clean. My only complaints was the hot water did not last very long for the shower and we did get lost trying to find the cabin. However, it was a small romantic place to stay! "

"The place was roomy and accommodating. We had 4 guys, so it was nice not to have to share beds and to be able to spread out the snorers. Pros: -Spacious open feel -Hot tub -Everything as advertised -About as close to Wolf Creek as you can get Cons: (these are minor picky things) -Cookware was pretty basic -Had to do some snow shoveling to access the back porch -for some reason I imagined a remote cabin with a pond- it was actually a complex of many cabins on the property- but still quiet...

"I loved the modern decor of the suite, spa-like bathroom, quiet surroundings, view of the night sky. This is quite rural. Check-in was easy via a texted code for the keypad. Microwave but no fridge. Hot water kettle, but no coffee or tea, so it went unused. I also did not use the kitchen in a different building. I would stay here again."

Fishing and sightseeing.

"The house was very nice and clean. There are just two of us, so we only used the downstairs. I took a peek at the upstairs and there was lots of room for at least four more people. We went to several nearby lakes and caught fish. The river behind the house is beautiful and very accessible for fishing. We are older and wading is a thing of the past for us but I would imagine the fly fishing is wonderful. We would definitely stay again."

Beautiful view of the River

"Overall it is a good place to stay, you are right on the river, though there is not access to the river. I would have liked to give the house four stars but there were a few problems. The house had no bath for our toddler which should be noted in the listing. Also, a few niggling problems that were small but annoying. Like the DVD remote had no batteries and of course we did not have the right size with us. Having said that it was a really fun stay and our family did enjoy the house and the location. I wish I could give the house 3.5 out of five stars."
