"We wanted a place away from the urban area and this farm house didn’t disappointed us. It is a lovely house made of beautiful and expensive wood. We had to go through very adventurous mountain roads which we loved. Good facilities to have for a self catering location. Don’t expect a big market within few miles in the area. The owner Mr Burger who also lives next door has a very friendly and good personality."

"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villers-Le-Lac. The location is great for outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking, and trout fishing in the summer months. Our hosts were very welcoming and speak a little English. We plan to return during our next visit in France."

"The apartment was very comfortable. All bedrooms had blackout shutters, which was very nice. Lovely balcony with a pretty view of the towns rooftops and the water in the distance. "We enjoyed a three night stay in this pastoral farmhouse apartment. Our hosts Marianne & Fritz were both welcoming and accommodating. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. This farmhouse is tucked away outside the small village of Oberbalm in the foothills of the Berner Oberlands. However, it is only a 25 minute drive to Berne city center, and about an hour from Interlaken. We would definitely stay here again."
