"We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"

"Smart flats in Brussels where excellent communicators with good intructions for the collection of the keys and the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed except there was no kettle or double sheet for the sofa bed, consequently one of my son's had to sleep with just the quilt over him. "The worst customer service ever. This is a bait and switch place. The checkin- they never sent me the email to check in. Had to go through hotels to get them to set it. Then lugged up the luggage to find out that the code didn’t work. Hit up hotels again to find out that they have the wrong address. Finally went to the next place. Up another three flights. Place is nice looking and stuff but dirty. Mold in bathroom. Blood stain on sheets. No Wi-Fi. The auto light in hallway stays on for 10...

"Location excellent as very near centre. Would have been good to know about the 6 flights of stairs in the property description. A number of minor issues which we notified straight away - to be fair we asked for nobody to fix them while we were there but I took photos on arrival so we wouldn't be accused of anything."

"I simply loved the appartment - its spaciousness, structure, terrace, location, a very good wifi connection, and everything that the area has to offer. I especially loved the feeling of luxury of space that this appartment offers. There were some minor issues like absence of soap, shortage of teaspoons, teacups, teapot, etc., also a worn coach in the living room. I also thought that the doors could close quiter - I think the doors are banged because otherwise it is rather difficult to close it...

"Our host was very gracious and attentive. Very nice and modern accommodations. Roll-out couch was very firm and comfy. Quiet flat. Easy check-in and checkout. Though the winter temps outside were below 3C, the heating available in the flat was exceptional. Public transportation was very convenient. Godiva outlet in walking distance. "Light, airy apartment in a quiet neighbourhood 10 minutes' walk from the old town centre. Plenty of room for 5 of us. Would happily recommend. No parking on the street but a secure car park is a short walk away by the marina and MAS"

"A wonderful place to stay in Ghent. The apartment is located above the bustling heart of the historic center with beautiful views. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and safe with modern amenities. The hosts communicated well and I would like to stay here again. Being in the heart of the city comes with city noises, however, this didn't bother me. If I may suggest adding a mirror to the second bedroom and second bathroom. Definitely a 5-star rating and would recommend staying here."

"I had a few days to tour Belgiam during a trip to Germany and am so happy I found The Mini. The small space had everything my traveling companion and I needed. The animals on the farm entertained us each morning, especial the brother and sister Burmese Mountain dogs. The proximity to Ghent, Bruges and the coast made travel so convenient. "I originally had a different hotel booked but changed to this one at the last minute since it was closer to the city center and I read another review saying how it was very close to a parking garage. It ended up being ideally located, especially its proximity to the parking garage.
