"The location is great for the zoo and to downtown! We were able to hear the wedding venue at night, clearly. I loved the decor and they did a great job making the house feel like a well loved home. However, the house is literally leaning. Cracks in the walls and ceiling were visible. I never felt unsafe, but it was a bit unnerving. I loved the backyard and sitting area- we didn’t get to use it but if the weather was nicer, we’d be back there! "

"From the moment I saw the pictures online I knew my family and I had to experience this lovely property! Upon arrival it was more appealing than the pictures could reveal. If you’re looking for a quiet tucked away paradise then look no further! The hosts (Mark and Mary) are gifts from God and I don’t say that lightly. Just go ahead and reserve…it doesn’t get any better than this! Clean, cozy, comfortable, at home feeling with that classic country touch. Perfection!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Rock Creek Cottage. It is a little further outside of the Baylor/Magnolia bubble than we thought it would be, but we were thankful for a cozy, comfortable and quite stay during the hustle and bustle of graduation. We appreciated the goodies and are always relieved to find a well stocked coffee station."

"The interior and amenities were perfectly satisfactory, BUT we were disapointed that the yard was not maintained, the firepit that was advertised didnt exist, and the whole street and neighboring property was under major construction. The latter part is no fault of the owners, it was just a bit misleading, thinking we had a cute cozy backyard for the kids to play in, but instead had to share it with work vans and bulldozers. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay, and I can imagine this place...

"The property owner is so thoughtful and has the property set up well for guests! I feel the location is convenient for visiting Waco or surrounding areas. For us with a student at Baylor, this location being south of Baylor is fabulous for traffic during popular Baylor weekends since you can travel on Old Robinson Road and skip I-35."
