Awesome . . . in every way !
The Croissant Suite exceeded expectations and was lovely in every way. Firm but comfortable mattress, luxury bathtub, walk-in shower, spotlessly clean and premium furniture/decor. This sweet had a beautiful 30-ft deck as well and the building felt like a cedar lodge. Hosts were wonderful as is the community and the cafe across the street. Plan to spend time seeing all the craft and workmanship shops.

Perfect
I stayed here before the Waco Ironman 70.3 and it was perfect. Far enough out of town I didn't have to worry about people being too loud or some chaotic environment, but close enough where the drive was painless in the morning. The shops and restaurants around are walking distance and cool to check out. The property was also great. Very clean and comfortable. Awesome bathroom as well. I would return on the next trip to Waco.

We had a great getaway weekend at the Chocolate suites. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The area is relaxing and quiet. There was also a cute dog we got to pet. We definitely hope to stay again!

My sister and I absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect for taking classes at Homestead Heritage and for visiting friends in Waco. Throughout our stay, we actually made a list of all the special things that we appreciated: the towels were thick and fluffy, there was plenty of space on the bathroom vanity for toiletries for two women, there was a nook in the shower with room for our shampoo/conditioner/soap, the lighting was excellent, there was a filtered water pitcher in the fridge and an ice cube tray in the freezer (filled and ready for us to use). We also really liked the tea infuser that allowed us to enjoy the loose leaf tea we bought from the market. We have found our new favorite place to stay!!!

Paradise in the countryside
This place was fabulous! Very clean and well stocked. The scenery was beautiful from the deck. We saw sheep, the pond, and birds galore! It took this old country boy back to childhood memories. Location is perfect to Baylor and surrounding shopping. We will definitely be back on our return trips to Waco.

Nice Retreat at Homestead
Wonderful and new renovation along with a quiet atmosphere. The deck and patio are amazing. Walk distance away from excellent waffles, history, art and community general store. We loved this getaway find and will be back asap.

Beautiful, Clean, Quiet, Peaceful. Located inside Heritage… everything is within walking distance. The chocolate is fantastic, some of the best I’ve ever had. And I worked in a chocolate shop in the West Village in NYC. While a full Kitchen is in the suite no oils or spices are available. However there is a fantastic market within walking distance it’s like a super tiny Whole Foods. The Green Brisket Enchiladas @ the Cafe are delicious. Be sure to Grab some of the Tiger Butter it’s at most of the shops (you really only need a spoon but you could put it on toast.) I highly recommend visiting the Luxury Haven. It’s close enough to any thing in Waco you’d like to see or do. The host are kind, responsive, and have truly built a perfect getaway. If you happen to be there on a Saturday be sure to make it to the Heritage Market. The food and crafts are the best quality I’ve ever encountered at a market. This place overall is Absolutely Amazing!

Absolutely beautiful and very accommodating.
This is a beautiful property. The hosts were very welcoming and the suite was gorgeous. Plenty of space with anything you may need in the kitchen. Great size shower and big beautiful soaker tub. The sky was beautiful and you could see the fireflys at night. Will absolutely be back again.
