Guest access
Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!

There is a roof top deck at the top of the property that is shared with the other 3 units. The deck overlooks the Magnolia Silos, Baylor University, Alico Building, and Waco Town Hall. The unit comes with 1 covered parking spot with additional parking nearby.

Other things to note:
The historic 721 Austin building was newly remodeled with foam insulation to help with noise, however, due to the condo's location and proximity to the night life that downtown Waco offers (restaurants, live music, and bars), the unit can sometimes be noisy at night (Thur-Sat). We have provided sound machines in each bedroom if needed. If you are noise sensitive you might consider looking for another unit outside of the downtown area.
