The Fantail at Nicole Creek Cabins

Summary:
Unique and relaxed Japandi vibe. Comfortable and iconic one-room cabin 15 minutes from Magnolia Market and Baylor University. Nestled in the country while easily accessible. Beautifully appointed with all the essentials. Sleeps up to 2 people only in a queen size bed. Offers a full bath with stand-up shower only, and a small kitchen with everything you need to cook a small meal (hot plate and microwave). Luxury hotel bedding, water and coffee is offered.

The Space:
The cabins are like a small hotel suite. It measures approximately 260 square feet. See photos for a layout of the cabins. There are 2 cabins with 2 sides to each cabin. We have a total of 4 cabins, 2 in each building.

Nicole Creek RV Park and Cabins have 4 cabins available, so if the calendar says we are booked, we may have availability. Be advised that the business name is Post Oak RV Park and Cabins, so we have RV Guests as well as cabin guests. We are only 15 minutes from Baylor and we are located in the country, but the time for you to get to your particular location at Baylor will depend. Close to Homestead Heritage for food and shopping.

This a reminder that we are a smoke-free property. There is no smoking allowed on any of the premises. Any evidence of smoke in the cabins will result in automatic extra $200 cleaning fee.

Guest Access:
Access to your room and walking trails (when open). Free WiFi access. Iron is located under the bathroom sink.

The Neighborhood:
The Fantail is located at Nicole Creek RV Park and Cabins-a small and private RV park. The Fantail is one side of a duplex cabin. The view out the front door is the RV park. Nice peaceful setting out in the country.

Great place to stay
This place was perfect for us, being close to Waco and West to visit our families. The cabin was really nice and the whole area was nice and quiet. I was surprised at all the amenities inside for such an affordable place. Toiletries, coffee, microwave, table, waters, extra throw blankets, ect. We normally don’t need anything from the owners when we travel but I goofed & accidentally spilled my coffee all over the bed and contacted the owners and they were so quick to have it replaced and they were very kind. Also the communication was 10/10. I felt like I never had to question how the process for check in or check out worked because they were really on top of things. There’s even a few chairs out on the little front porch that are perfect for enjoying the early morning in.
