We had a great time. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen was very easy to to fix stuff. If there was a complaint, it would be that the orange couch railing was hurting our legs. Otherwise, it was a great time.
A great space for board games and baking cookies. Our friends gathered for a first time stay in Waco with families to celebrate the holidays. Convenient proximity to multiple attractions.
3 high school buddies that take a annual fishing trip somewhere each year. Having three large beds were great for three 60 year old males.Hot tub worked well, and backyard setting was great. We grill steaks on the fire pit…..brought our own grill to place on top of pit!
Beautiful property-inside and out! Enjoyed our quick, one night stay as we passed through Waco and would stay again. Comfortable, clean and great communication! Thank you!
Finally visited the Silos and needed a place to stay that we could hang outside and enjoy after a day of shopping. This was perfect. The outside was very pleasant and hot tub was a plus. The decor and charm of the house added the perfect touch to an enjoyable day in Waco. The master bed was very comfy and treats left on a tray on our bed was very thoughtful. Would stay here again.
Overall the property was clean and nice. It was good for our group in town for a football game. Close proximity to downtown and Magnolia. Actual location and street of the house is a bit sketchy with some rough looking properties around and nearby. Owner alerted us to the steep driveway, but unless you have a truck or SUV, you will scrub every time you enter and exit. All that being said, we enjoyed our stay.
We did a cozy girl's birthday weekend here and it was perfect for a relaxing weekend v in a comfy place. The rooms were lovely, plenty of space, and lots of blankets and pillows. My favorite part was the backyard.
Very welcoming and cute home that has been remodeled well. Backyard was a fun spot for making smores and letting kids hang out in hot tub. Plenty of space in the bedrooms. Not walking distance to anything, but 5 min drive to everything. Property managed well!
Our family is spread out throughout Texas and we are visiting from out of state. We wanted a central location to meet and decided on Waco. This home was perfect for our short reunion. Very nice home. Beautiful backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and we had no issues. We truly enjoyed our visit. Host was easy to contact and fast to respond. Highly recommended!
It is a cute bungalow described correctly. Many of the other reviews state the issues with the property. The house was not cleaned well. There is a big dip coming out of the driveway that can scrape your car. Lastly, be careful in the master bathroom getting out of the tub. Still, we had a very good time. The location was great. We were 10 minutes from everything we wanted to do.

Beware of Area
After traveling for 20 hours I was less than thrilled with the area. It is in a sketchy area and I didn’t feel comfortable staying with my family. I lost all but my cleaning fee and booked another property downtown.
The hot tub never got hot and had a weird soapy foam on it. The space inside the house is very small besides the bedrooms there’s nowhere to really gather at and the neighborhood that the house is in is very very ghetto. A few of the nightstands were broken and the outlets didn’t work. Thankfully, we brought extension cords. The furniture in the house is very cheap and small. The bathroom door is coming off the hinges and doesn’t close properly. The only good thing I have to say about this property was the bedding was very comfortable although we did find a bug in our bed not a bed bug, but a different bug. The water for the shower never really got hot so it was more like room temperature water for the showers which was very uncomfortable after the cold hot tub. Very loud neighborhood would not recommend. I attempted to contact The to let him know about the issue before I posted this review but it’s been over an hour and he hasn’t replied.
