Ali was very nice and helpful. Very good dinner and breakfast service. The dinner service was really good even as the Buffett wasn't offered when there's very few people at this time of the year, excellent food and value!

This place was exactly what I expected it to be: remote, surrounded by stunning nature but with all the modern amenities. Cleanliness of rooms was good, there was heating via a.c. The main highlight was of course the personal outdoor hot tub, which made my stay unforgettable. Small details that could elevate the experience even further: slippers, bathrobe and a mat in the bathroom.

We were the only guests yet kitchen opened just for us. It is very remote. Great place but be sure to schedule time at the restaurant.

View from our room was incredible. Staff were friendly but not overbearing. Have to take a taxi to and from the visitors centre but it is worth it to stay in a quiet camp with nice staff.

1) A noisy camp during night and early morning due to the tourist buses arriving in or leaving the camp. 2) The dinner was excellent with a lot of delicious food choices.

This place is in middle of nowhere. For those who like quietness, It’s the best quiet place I’ve ever experienced. Very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. If you like city life, this not the right place for you.

This property is perfect for quiet get away, and away from the city life. Staff is very helpful and accomodating. Room or a dome was large, clean, air conditioning worked great, bathroom/shower area looked very impressive, patio area outside with chairs and table to sit outside and enjoy beautiful view. Breakfast was great, we have gotten large variety of food to choose from. To note, tjere is nothing wakable around.

Excellent property, A bit far from Petra historical sight but very good quality domes, the windows are made of glass unlike other dome camps elsewhere that are made of plastic. Dinner buffet was good but a bit expensive, could not sleep well as wild dogs were barking at night time to time. Although not sure what the hotels can do about it though. Overall highly recommend to stay here.

Everything was clean. There is a restaurant on the site if you dont want to go in the city. It is at 5 min of the parking to go to the monastery of petra. But the pool was freezing and there was some dogs who yelled at night.... yelled! The 2 nights that we were there

Domes do not face outward

This Hotel promises a lot and delivers on some! Lovely Dinner and nice room. On the other hand, breakfast was very poor and the camp is a partial building site which takes away some of the serenity. Domes built facing each other which is very odd and the permitter is fenced so no opportunity to enjoy the view or stars.

Would Not book Again

The room had a smell, the beds are not comfortable, the bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a wall that only goes up half way and doesn't go up to the ceiling. These rooms are very poorly designed inside.
