"Living room furniture okay. Recliner needs updating. Closet door in bedroom does not slide. Shower dower off hinges. Great location. Nicely kept. Liked the minimal knick knacks. "

"To clarify scoring: cleanliness was good, there was just a tiny snafu with a couple rooms. The host resolved it quickly and our trip wasn't affected whatsoever. Well appointed kitchen, great space to hang, play games and eat. Wonderful access to the beach for long walks. Beautiful art work! Look forward to staying there again."

"We LOVED the place from when we first pulled up! It has such a comfortable feel and clean. So close to EVERYTHING! we spent a lot of the time just staying in and relaxing. It was very easy to relax. And the Fireplace was awesome! And kept it very warm & cozy. THANK YOU for sharing your home. "

"Excellent location for hanging out and catching up with cousins you have seen in years. Private beach access and fires on the beach we're amazing. Game room and grilling were a great addition. Furniture and beds a bit dated, but , but you can't beat the location. "

"Perfect for the size of our party Well stocked house. A lot of parking. We did have a leak from upstairs bathroom, down in the lower hallway. (Beyond anyone's control). Ants were found in two of three rooms.and our luggage. And bit two of the kids. "

"Excellent set up for a group retreat. Everything was as advertised, and better. Wonderfully comfortable and well arranged. Kitchen well stocked and set up. Beds comfortable. Heating and cooling great. Wonderful access to beach and surrounding attractions. No complaints. "

"Had everything you needed and even toiletries if you forgot yours the only con was the stairs were a lot for my older dog. But her being able to lay out on the deck made up for it . There is a lot of house your able to seperate your party comfortably . "

"The property caters to all ages and provides a large welcoming area for gathering. The two homes are well equipped and clean. The older home is beautifully decorated with antiques. "

"Lovely property! The backyard is fenced which is great if you have dogs with you. The location is clean and well maintained. Beds were average. Fridge filter was clean providing clean fresh water (this is important to me. XD) About a fifteen minute walk from the beach. A great location, I would happily stay here again in the future."
