"We loved Mount Maunganui, and the location of Atrium Apartments is ideally located between the cute town and the Mount, as well as steps from the beach. Our room had views of both the bay and the ocean/beach. The amenities were great and we made use of the pool, hot tub, gym, sauna and the walkway to the beach. This location is very close to the trailhead to hike to the top of the Mount, which we enjoyed doing in the mornings, and we loved some beach time in the afternoons. Our apartment was well stocked with kitchenware and the layout was great. The bed was a little “soft” for my preference, but everything overall was very clean and comfortable with great views. We would return. "

"We stayed in the Kauri chalet and really liked it. The view is great. The connecting room, Rata’s view is even better, but that room is much smaller. If you are a bigger group, booking these two rooms together will be perfect. We woke up to the birdsongs and had a peaceful breakfast on the balcony. The stairs bring the charm to the place and we did not mind the extra steps. Owner/staff are very friendly. PAKnSAVE is only 6 minutes drive away."
