Perfect for families
This condo fit my family of 4 perfectly. Our 8 & 10 yr old shared the pull out couch in the living room. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Fenced in pool is literally steps away from the lanai yet noise wasn't an issue at all. Very quiet, beautiful grounds.

Private Getaway in Waikoloa Village
We were really thrilled to spend our second week on the Big Island at this beautiful condo in the Waikoloa area after spending our first near Kailua-Kona. We found it had everything we needed for our stay, and is so thoughtfully and tastefully put together. It was hard to know ahead of time how convenient the location would be, being slightly inland from the coast. But it was not an issue at all to get to some of the best beaches on the island. In about 15 to 20 minutes you can be at A- Bay, Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani and Hapuna beach. With Spencers Beach and Kikaua point beach in just over 20 mins. We really enjoyed the Lanai in the mornings and evenings and found it to be private despite it being a few steps from the pool. Some really well thought out hedging makes for a complete screen, so there are no sight lines in or out. I enjoyed the sunsets through the trees on the golf course. The pool seemed to be unused during the day and the whole complex was really very quiet for our whole stay. We would definitely stay here again. I cant wait till we can return to the Big Island.

Condo review
This was a nice and clean place The owner was very responsive and the price was fair. However we were looking for a quiet place and this was not it. The noise from the nearby pool, the upstairs remodeling and the downstairs neighbors made us have to change a lot of our daily plans. The location of condo was convenient for Kohala beaches and getting to Kamuela within 15-20 minutes.

Perfect Paradise
We love Waikoloa Village and the location of the Villas is ideal. Robert and Xiaofei's unit is right off the Fairway and in front of the pool but with all the lush plants it is still so private and relaxing that you'll spend all your time outside. It is nicely updated with stainless steel appliances, washing machine/dryer and a closet with beach chairs, umbrellas and supplies. We ended up staying a couple extra days and would definitely come back to this unit! Mahalo

The unit is just as represented. The owners have done an excellent job remodeling this condo. It is very clean and comfortable, well stocked. High end appliances, comfortable furniture and bed. This was just what we were looking for.
If you are looking for a quiet place in a great location with great neighbors, then this is the place. The pool is right outside the back sliding door and the complex is on the golf course as well as near the KTA Market. If you are looking for a place to start your Big Island adventures or just a small place to unwind, this unit fits the bill and the hosts get back to you right away. My wife and I hope we can book this unit again.

Home Away from Home
We were so happy with our stay at this property! It truly was a home away from home. The hosts have thought of absolutely everything you might need! The property was very clean and well organized. The location of the unit on the property is great, as it is steps away from one of the pools/hot tubs. There is a grocery store, gas station, and coffee shop a short drive/walk from the condo. A short drive was all that was needed to get to the beach and everything you need is at the condo (cooler, chairs, towels, beach toys, boogie boards, umbrella). Communication with the host was always timely and helpful. Check-in process was easy. The information they provide in the welcome email is all very helpful! Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

Perfect Home Away From Home!
Wonderful condo! True to the photos and then some. Super clean. Warm, peaceful decor and great kitchen. Ceiling fans throughout. Loved eating out on the lanai. Easy access to the pool and hot tub (although being open an hour later- 10pm vs 9pm-would have been ideal). The condo had everything we needed for staying in or going to the beach. A few guidebooks to the area or a list of restaurants could be helpful. We did find some nice takeout options near the KTA supermarket for when weren’t were eating out or cooking. The location was an easy 40 min drive to Kona where we attended the Ironman etc. and centrally located enough to take many day trips to explore all over the Big Island. The condo was always a nice quiet place to come back to from our outings. Communication with Xiaofei the host was easy and friendly. We had no issues the 2 wks we were there so never had a need to contact the property manager but did meet the staff as we left and they were super friendly and we left with the Aloha spirit to take back home with us!
