"Property is very peaceful and quiet. Can walk the the whole beach and never see anyone else. Beach is beautiful but not great for swimming during low tide. Good snorkeling out at the reef but probably about a 500m walk during low tide and pretty rough water while we were there; water shoes are a must! We stayed in one of their newer bungalows which was very clean and well appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Not much to do in the area but relax, however town is only about a 10-15min taxi ride away. Food was decent and affordable but would highly recommend checking out the Island Grill in Savusavu for a meal. Overall a nice place to chill and relax or a good home base for exploring other parts of the island."

This is a super Kool place and the chill staff make the experience unforgettable The pool next to the ocean and the lagoon and the food n bar service make this place one of a kind. "If you haven't been to the most beautiful slice of heaven on Earth known as Wavi Island you must get here as fast as you can! My husband and I and our two sons (ages 9 and 13) were blessed to spend 2 weeks on Wavi. My husband and I visited Savusavu 19 years ago and fell in love and wanted to bring our boys this time. Our first step on the island was magical, our boys amazed at the most beautiful place we'd get to spend a full 2 weeks! They could leave after breakfast each morning to hike the island or snorkel or swim in one of the two amazing pools OR their favorite kayaking and paddle boarding right off the island. The property managers Josh and Shabana are amazing and set us up wth once in a life time excursions! From snorkeling in the pearl farm to fishing (the boys caught large 8 fish between them) to shopping in downtown Savusavu and of course the waterfalls. Honestly, this trip was more than I could have ever asked for and we will be back! Tears in our eyes when we had to say goodbye to Wavi until next time. Thank you for a once in a lifetime experience and a life changing trip!"

"It was a great stay lovely house amazing views. Two minute taxi ride to town and a little longer to Split Rocks snorkelling. Every thing was so easy. Jodi gave a good list of drivers who knew her house so suggest you use them. Any taxi will drive you up hill when you know directions yourself. Highly recommend. "

"Overall an amazing place to stay. Lunch and meal service are not restaurant style and you have to place order for what you want for lunch and dinner during breakfast meal. The food was absolutely amazing. Definitely fine dining meals for lunch and dinner. The pools are not heated so pretty cold. The staff a lovely. Everyone is super friendly and so accommodating. Booking through hotels.com doesn't necessarily get you a cliff side villa overlooking the ocean and you may instead get one by the lagoon. I would definitely book again."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Beachfront cottage! The property is beautiful and the Host family were great to work with. They provided fresh bouquets of flowers and passion fruit in the cottage upon arrival. We slept about 150 ft from the ocean and could hear the peaceful beach sounds all night. There is about a 2 mile stretch of black sand beach and we didn't see another beach on the island that was nicer than the one we had right out our front door! We also did two different waterfall hikes and they were both within about 10 mins of the cottage. We had some trouble with our phone charging cables and we were able to borrow a wireless charger from our Host family until we could figure our problem. We loved the outdoor shower. We used the kayaks one day and paddled up and down the coast. We saw sea turtle pop his head up right in front of us. If you love the quiet, secluded, off the beaten path type of stay (we were about 20min from Savusavu), then this is the place for you!"
