"We had such a great time staying! The place was super cute and cozy. We enjoyed the wild chickens/ roosters roaming around, the lizards, and the sound of the ocean. My only complaint is that the dang rooster doesn’t under stand when it daylight and he loved waking us up earlier than we would have liked lol, but it was great being up early to enjoy the view! Would definitely stay here again."

"The wonderful ocean view greet us as we opened the door. There is a lovely landscaped pool just steps away. Just a short walk gets you down to the beach . The sound of the waves was so relaxing. We did have some trouble with the wifi and Luke responded right away, but it took some time. Location was great. Definitely would stay here again. "

"This is a lovely condo in an excellent location - close to everything you might want to do on the island. The unit was very clean, safe, and as advertised in every way. The kitchen is well appointed with lots of counter space. I didn't use the small pool or BBQ, but they looked great. Only FYI is that Wailua beach (visible from the lanai) is more of a surfer beach than a swimming beach. "

"My husband and I absolutely loved our stay! We come to Kauai every year and this has been our favorite place so far, we definitely will be staying here again in the future. "The location was fantastic, close to many shops/restaurants/downtown Kapa’a. Donna was able to accommodate our changed arrival time and communication went smoothly. My only critique was that the arctic cooling unit in our room was broken so the nights were very warm but there were plenty of fans otherwise. Overall, for the price I would say this stay was well worth it! "

"Location was fantastic. Walk 20 yards from your lanai to the beach. Perfect for a couple, not good for any more than that. A couple drawbacks to the property. 1. Parking, or the lack thereof. They say parking is first come first served, which is another way of saying there's not enough parking for everyone. If you come back after 7:30 or so, expect to park on the street outside. "We enjoyed the location - walk to a beach for sunrise and kayak in the evening on the river. It was an extremely peaceful setting. The room was comfortable and it was fantastic to have a kitchen with a nice size refrigerator. There was even free laundry on premise! Complimentary beach gear and kayak equipment were available. The grounds would have benefited from more watering and love. We look forward to a return visit."

"David's condo is suitable for 2 people. It is furnished with a king sized bed and is actually very spacious for a studio. We loved starting each day by opening our front door, cup of coffee in hand, and walking less than 50 yards to the beach to watch the sunrise. The location was perfect for us because it is halfway between the north and the south. If you have excursions planned like hiking, diving, kayaking, snorkeling, or exploring remote beaches, then this condo will be just right for you....

"This was the perfect place to stay. Easy check in. Directions and location. You have everything around you that you need. Safeway and shopping center for gifts and good restaurant around and food trucks. Jennie was such a great host. Great communication. She leave beach towels, snorking gear, beach chairs etc. that really helps a lot for the stay. Very clean when we arrived. I would highly recommend and definitely come back again! "
