"We tried booking beachfront hotels but when we saw this place, we instantly knew that it will offer us better accommodation. The view was spectacular from the room. The area was quiet the place feels like home. Very comfortable and to top it off, the delicious homemade breakfast by the owners. They were very accommodating and entertaining at the same time. It was our first time in Paihia and it did not disappoint us. Will definitely book this accommodation on our next visit."

"Michael and Chris (and all of their animals) are expert hosts with a beautiful property and everything that you could ask for. We really enjoyed spending a bit of time with them and genuinely think that their bnb was the best accommodation we stayed in on our entire 3 week long honeymoon. They're incredibly knowledge about the area, with impeccable recommendations, and the house is well situated for plenty of activities. We also thoroughly enjoyed breakfast and wish that our plans had lined up...

"Sea Breeze is an excellent B&B and Jos and Robert are friendly and welcoming hosts. They give you the travel experience of staying with good friends. The location of the property on the beach on Oneroa Bay in the town of Russell is fabulous. The room overlooks the Bay and north to the Pacific Ocean beyond. It is a very short walk to the beach and swimming in the warm water is a treat. My wife, who rarely goes into the water, could not resist the call of the surf. Overall a great experience....

"My deluxe suite room, with spa bath, was just lovely. The view from the deck was of lovely trees, and you could see birds playing on the lawn. The whole room was spotless and furnishings were new and comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. The staff very friendly and helpful. Only 2km to Kerikeri shops and the weekend market was in walking distance. Would recommend."
