"I really wanted to like this place but it didn’t quite live up to expectations. The tents are large, spacious and well equiped however ours had quite a lot of mould over the ceiling in the back bedroom and bathroom. Ive have health issues from mould in the past so having the kids sleep in a room with it wasn’t great. We only stopped one night and arrived late so I didn’t get a chance to ask to move. Other tents might be fine and maybe we were unlucky. Nice location next to the beach and pool...

"We had the loveliest restful time at Crowdy. Host Graham is also an excellent massage therapist and I recommend him for all types of massage. Quiet, reasonable price, old fashioned beach house style. We can’t wait to go back. Cafe across the road for coffee , beach patrolled on weekend, only 6 kms from Harrington. Stones Seafood on the way in , fresh and local. Best rest , blessed time. "
