"A charming hidden gem, this cottage has everything. So professionally thought out, from the cozy bedrooms, to the large porch that runs the length of the cottage.You are steps from the beach, with a gazebo for shade. Swings and hammocks, and a sink, shower, and towlet outside.I found tons of coral and shells.We missed our last three days sadly, but Helene was on her way. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest hospitality and a delightful homemade caramel apple cake that made my son's 21st birthday celebration extra special. "If you want to get away from the crowds and see Florida as it used to be, and at its best, I highly recommend staying at Bayfront Townhouse on alligator point. This townhome is right between the bay and the Gulf and it’s just gorgeous. ( Not to mention that the Tiki Hut is right outside at the marina and is open on Thursday through Sunday) It was just my wife and myself staying at the townhome, but there’s room for a really large family or gathering of friends. I recommend it highly."

"I didn’t know what to expect when I rented, but the unit looked nice and looked clean. I have to say that it exceeded my expectations. The unit was convenient to the things I wanted to do, it was clean, the little backyard was great for the puppies and all in all I could not have had a better experience. "Great comfortable place"

"Family stayed for FSU parents weekend. It’s about 20 minutes from the college but nice to be away from the traffic. 35 minutes to Thomasville GA Nice touch was they had coffee and creamers!!!"
