"Das Appartment war sehr hübsch eingerichtet, für eine Fewo hat aber einiges gefehlt, es gab keinen Besen,Handfeger, Schaufel, geschweige denn einen Staubsauger. So etwas müsste man in einer Fewo immer mitbringen....An Küchenutensilien war auch nur das wirklich notwendigste vorhanden; das Frühstück war ausreichend, und wenn man nur 2 oder 3 Tage da war, auch abwechslungsreich, aber bei 6 Tagen wurde es schon langweilig. ich habe Quark, Frischkäse, evtl. mal etwas Lachs oder ähnliches, vermisst."

"This is a beautiful and very functional 3rd floor apartment right at the lake. It’s a five minute walk to access the lake to swim. The view from the large balcony is amazing, and our hosts went out of their way to accommodate our various needs. We even received a birthday surprise! The property is in walking distance to bakery, pharmacy, and grocery store. There are so many fun things to do in the surrounding area. We highly recommend this property and can’t wait to return!"

"We were delighted to find the space as described, directly at the lake with an amazing view. Everything was clean and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Communication with the host was great although confusing at times as we also received communication from a German property manager in German ahead of our stay. It all worked itself out perfectly and we had an awesome stay. I especially want to recommend the restaurant below the apartment called Seesicht! Excellent food, service and view!"

"If there were a way to give this property a 10 we would. We had APT 70 / 71 with a balcony overlooking Lake Constance. It was spectacular. Everything we wanted was within a short walk. The Old Town was fun with great restaurants and attractions. The entire region is full of history. Definitely an apartment we would request again. Christian was a very helpful host who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable."

Sie hat ein Wespennest entfernt, wir konnten unsere E-Bikes einschließen und laden, am Abreisetag hat es geregnet, Sie hat Ihr Carport für uns frei gemacht damit wir trocken einladen konnten und unsere Wäsche in Ihrem Trocker getocknet.
