The hotel was ok, nothing special. The room structure was weird as the bathroom is open plan and right next to your bed. I did not like this design as there is no privacy when using the bath. There was no tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was ok, decent selection of food. The hotel location is great to get around for eating out, shopping and tours in Manchester. Tram and train stations are close by. I specially booked this hotel for the spa. The spa area is very small. Sauna room is decent size but steam room is very small - could probably only fit 2/3 people max. The massage I booked was excellent but if you are after a spa experience with a nice relaxing area, this is not the hotel for that.

Great spot near Piccadilly station to stay. Cool bar and restaurant attached to the hotel. Rooms very big and comfortable. Would stay again.

Very good hotel - only thing is that we got a accessible room that we didn’t ask for but wasn’t a big deal only staying for one night, other than that a good stay
