HOWEVER, not only are there additional guest and verbo service fees on top of the nightly charge, which is typical, but there's 70 eur cleaning fee in cash AND 10 eur per person towel and bed linen fee in cash! Each person has to bring their own bed linen and towels. And you'll receive an email with mattress and bedding...

"Hütte selber war gut, urig und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Terrasse klein, Garten auch sehr klein und teilweise etwas ungepflegt. Daher spielt sich das ganze Leben eigentlich auf der Terrasse ab, für 3 Leute ok, für 6 Leute stell ich mir das ganze (auch die Hütte selbst) etwas sportlich vor. Lage ganz ok, man muss aber immer fahren (auch zum Wandern), keine Wanderwege in direkter Umgebung. Aussicht auch ok, wer aber das mega. Alpenpanorama oder Almwiesen erwartet ist hier falsch....

"Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wenn es passt, kommen wir gern wieder. Es war alles sehr sauber und ansprechend. Die Außendusche war bei den hohen Temperaturen ein Genus. Bis auf die Dusche im unterem Bad, die defekt war, die Verdunklungen an den Schlafzimmerfenstern die gefehlt haben und die veralteten Fliegengitter in den Schlafzimmern, war rundum ein voll ausgestatteter Haushalt vorhanden. Auch die Ansprechpartnerin Rosi ( im Haus unterhalb der Villa Flora) war sehr net und immer ansprechbar....

"Das Landhaus liegt sehr abgeschieden. Nachts ist es bei Wolken absolut dunkel und ruhig. Man hört nur die Steyr rauschen oder den Wind in den Bäumen. In etwas Abstand am Haus vorbei geht ein Wanderweg die Steyer entlang, der schöne Ausblicke auf das klare Bergwasser bietet. Da das Landhaus ganz unten im Flußtal liegt, ist es sehr windgeschützt. Mit den Öfen ist schnell geheizt und es verbreitet sich eine gemütliche Wärme. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber sehr stilvoll. Meine Frau und ich waren...

"Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in Heidi`s Häuschen in Bad Mitterndorf verbracht. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Frisch renovierte Bäder und eine komplette Ausstattung im Haus und Garten tragen dazu bei, dass man sich sofort zuhause fühlt. Das Freizeitangebot in Bad Mitterndorf und Umgebung ist auch im Sommer sehr vielfältig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!"

"Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Die Sauna ist super, Betten und Ausstattung ist toll und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt einen Aufzug, der bei schwerem Gepäck hilfreich ist. Es gibt zwei Duschen/Toiletten, was bei Belegung mit mehr Personen sehr nützlich ist. In der Umgebung sind viele und sehr schöne Ausflugsziele gut erreichbar.
