"Nice clean apartment with kitchen and bathroom. We had a car which we were able to park right in front. Only a 5-minute walk (I walk fast) to the MPreis supermarket, and a few minutes more to the centre of Söll. Söll is a great choice in itself, but also for exploring the spectacular surrounding area - Scheffau, Ellmau, Going, St. Johann, Kitzbühel, Westendorf, the Wildschönau….."

We were a short bike ride to the lake, to the ferry stop, to the train station or a short walk into town of Ubersee for a nice dinner our or an aperitif/shopping. The hosts were VERY friendly and accommodating. The bikes on site made our experience even better. We used the pool often and the spa. WE COULDN'T GET ENOUGH OF THE VIEW! The kitchen had everything we needed. We will stay here again and recommend it highly."

"Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für eine Fanilienfeier gebucht mit insgesamt 19 Personen. Jedes Zimmer hatte sein eigenes Bad, was für eine große Gruppe perfekt war. Jeder hat seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit und es gibt kein Stau im Bad. Die Küche war allerdings nicht komplett für so viele Personen ausgestattet. Kochen für 19 Personen ist schwer, aber machbar. Hier könnte noch etwas aufgestockt werden. Der Spielplatz direkt vor dem Haus und das Freibad im Sommer ist gerade für Familien ideal. Wir hatten...

This was a good vantage place for the many local points of interest as well as an Herbstfest in Rosenheim, a day trip to Sazburg and to München. "We are very glad with the choice we've made. It was an excellent retreat! The overall facility was in great shape and easy to get around. The breakfast was fabulous! We loved the spa, especially in the evening after our arrival when we struggled with a 6-hour jetlag as well as the next day after skiing at Kitzbuhel. Our room was next to the elevator and we were concerned about noise. However, the sound insulation was so good that it felt like nobody else was in the hotel. We will definitely consider it again when visiting the area. "

"This was a great stay. We booked for the area and spa. Did not disappoint. Spa was very large and well appointed and attended. Room was amazing and spacious. Staff was excellent and made every effort to ensure we had anything we could possibly want. If I had to say anything less than great it would be the hours of the spa do not match the website and close early. "
