"Check in was a little disappointing. Original 3rd floor room replaced with 2nd floor even though paid extra for upgrade. Champagne wasn't in room for the surprise arrival or bags. Apparently in level 3 room. So took the ambience & celebration out of the special event. One can not take back the memory. Was very disappointed in receptions attitude as well, even when tipped. Made it to new room only to have to go down to ask about champas. No apology just excuse of other room had an issue of...

"Majestic, looking a little tired in some of the general areas but the room very luxurious. Modern bathroom with a Spa, robes and extra large bath towels was a big plus. Only criticism is that the power-points were tucked behind a table and one of the old world lounge chairs which made it difficult to position the ironing board and iron our clothes or even charge our phones."
