"What did I think about my stay at Sheridan’s? What stay? Booed this with Expedia on 21st feb It just happened that the day we booked to stay was grand national day, coincidence that they couldn’t find our booking, yes because they’d charged 3 times more for someone else to have the room with the grand national going on.. Staff couldn’t care less and even when we showed them proof of the booking they just didn’t want to know. Leaving us with nowhere to stay."

"If I'm being honestly I absolutely do not recommend staying here. It felt unsafe, unclean and the owners are unbothered despite reaching out. I was sent the key code for ALL of the key safes and told to just help myself.
