"Picturesque location by river very tranquil and relaxing. Beautiful boats dock to admire and small beach to walk along. Beautiful walk down to the water through the gardens from room. Close to shops, markets and restaurants etc. Room was large, bedroom, lounge room, kitchen and bathroom, very clean, comfortable and all amenities supplied. "The size of the rooms are large and quiet. Undercover off street parking available (bays are quite tight for a 4x4 though). Walking distance to parks and shipping centre. 2nd time staying here and can't fault the service."

"The Kings Park Motel was comfortable and had all the amenities I like when I'm staying away from home. I particularly liked the pool and that the motel was just a short walk to get into Kings Park. The cleaning and room staff were very efficient and helpful. The purple cat bus stopped just outside the gate to go into Perth. A very good place to spend a couple of days. "
