"The property was well-equipped with kitchenware and utensils. Could not find a fault with the property at all. Contactless check in and check out was seamless with really nice consideration for a slightly later checkout by the manager. Communication was also easy, messages replied almost instantly. "Well equipped apartment on the top floor of a hotel, where the staff had differing views to the owner as to the facilities that were available as a non-guest. Lounge area was compact, shower was over the bath with restricted shower-head adjustment. Comfortable bed, we appreciated the air-con in the bedroom. Ideally located in the centre of Mondsee and within earshot of the Basilica’s bells! Good value for money when compared to the equivalent hotel room."

"Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern gebucht. Bekommen haben wir eine mit einem Schlafzimmer. Es gab vor Ort einige Mängel. Der Duschschlauch war kaputt. Er wurde aber sofort ausgetauscht. Der Wasserzähler ratterte ziemlich laut, sobald einer der 3 Wohnparteien Wasser benutzte. Der Holzbalkon hatte einige Latten, die stark verwittert waren (Holz ist am Rand durchgegammelt). Leider fehlt auf dem Balkon etwas Privatsphäre. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausgelegt. Es waren aber z. B....

"Perfect hotel for our family if four. Room was spacious and loved the kitchenette. Daily breakfast room was lovely and tons of quality choices. The scrambled eggs were amazing. There was a little path to walk down to the pedestrian district in town. It was a short and peaceful little walk to dinner.
