"This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The receptionist (blonde lady) spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly. The pool was open all day to 9pm, with a special child friendly time from 5-7 which my child adored, and it was very clean and modern. We parked in the garage underneath the hotel (for a fee) which you need your room card to gain access. This was safe and secure. Breakfast was from 8am until 10am and had a good range of items available. However please be warned...

"Spacious, quiet, modern room with a great view. Comfortable bed, good shower. Easy walk from the train station. No dining option for a Sunday night but we were able to find a restaurant at the adjacent shopping centre. Only negative was the weirdly shaped, flat pillow which I had to fold in half to get some sleep."

"We stayed in the economy room and it was quite uncomfortable, the mattress was a nightmare, the bed was very squeaky, the pillows were awful. We woke up both days with back pain. Additionally, the heating was too high so it was too warm for us and we were told it was a central heating so there was nothing we could do. When we opened the window the room got full of mosquitoes. "

"We arrived very late due to travel complications, and the staff at the hotel was extremely accommodating and allowed us to do a late check-out. They changed the whole cleaning pattern to allow us to stay a little bit longer than the normal check out time, and this allowed us to get some sleep and enjoy the fantastic shower in the room, as well as walk a little around the hotel, which is in a fantastic location. It is a great place to stay!"

You are right next to a train line, bring ear plugs as there is no air-con so you will want the windows open in the summer and the freight trains at night are LOUD! Ear plugs fix this though. We had adjoining rooms as a family of 4, this is a great option as the room are spacious, there is a kitchenette however it is not equipped (apart from coffee machine kettle mugs coffee pods and tea bags) so if you plan of cooking you will need to bring pots, pans, utensils etc. just something to be aware of. We would definitely stay again. "
