"This was an amazing home. I loved the down stairs bedroom for my mom who is 81. My girlfriends and the bride stayed upstairs and we could visit and not worry about disturbing mom. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone even for a weekend get away. The lake is breath taking and want to come back to enjoy nature."

"Older lake house with wonderful views and comfortable beds. There are included channels on the TVs, which was convenient. Very involved host. This listing does require a secondary short-term rental agreement to be signed before arrival. One-site security cameras, along with their locations and additional rules, are disclosed in the secondary rental agreement. We had a very relaxing time and communicated directly to the host regarding important improvements we would suggest. Thank you!"

"The cottage was perfect for me, my husband and our two dogs. The cottage was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There were a number of unexpected amenities such as snacks, paper towels and even a toothbrush and toothpaste, if needed. The air conditioning/heat was easy to adjust for all of the rooms. There were extensive tv programs available, as well. The feature that I absolutely loved was the fenced in front yard. With dogs, I am hesitant to walk them in a strange neighborhood at night....

"We were in town for a wedding and needed a place to stay for the weekend. I selected this home because it had plenty of rooms and bathrooms but it had so much more! It was beautiful both inside and out! It was clean, spacious, and so relaxing! Coming back to this space after a long wedding day was exactly what we needed! This space is in a quiet neighborhood that is perfect for just enjoying each other’s company! We would definitely stay here again!"

"The town of Summerville is a perfect getaway and the Cottage was in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. The Cottage is small, but not too small. We found it to be perfect for us. It was by far the cleanest ABNB that we have stayed in. They owners are doing a little work around the property, but that did not detract from the experience. One earlier post mentioned the train that goes through town; we did here it, but it was not a bother. Great for couples and we plan to return."

"Nice property and location was just what we needed. Everything was very nice. Just some very minor updating/fixing needs to happen in order to be excellent. Several burned out light bulbs, caulk in shower moldy, overgrown rose bush across sidewalk. That being said, we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. It would be nice if you had access to neighborhood pool but completely understand that that may be against HOA."

"Needed some place to stay while floors were being refinished. Quaint, laid back and only about 50 feet from Edisto River. It was very hot and not much to do if you do not do things on the water. The TV worked via Air Play from iPad. Watched some Braves baseball that way and Madam Sec Series. Beds are up against the wall. This made it difficult to get out of bed during the night. Shower leaves a lot to be desired. Killed two Copper Head snakes in yard since this is so near the Edisto River....
