"Hotel was up to standard of the company; however, the central area was not conducive to safe walking after dark. I was accosted by an unsuccessful 'Artful Dodger' during my 90 second walk from the only viable restaurant to the hotel. During the day such considerations were not apparent. The other Protea hotel on the lagoon would be preferable. "

"Rude management, bedding in a pile on the beds unmade, single bed duvet for two beds pushed togther .. refused to provide double bed duvet though they did provide a second single duvet, one single blanket and one towel. when questionned we were told its the onwers decisionn and the manager had lots of eperince so they were correct. it was explained that many customers complained about the beds then the followng mornign the opposite was told to us. Never again"

Leider hat der Vermieter auf Kontaktaufnahme nicht reagiert und nach einem Anruf uns mitgeteilt, dass die Unterkunft nicht frei ist und er auch keine Buchung erhalten hat. Daraufhin wurde durch ihre Agentur, die Buchung storniert (bislang ohne Geld zurück!!!) und wir mussten ständig irgendwo Quartier suchen. Der Urlaub , der keiner gewesen ist!"
