The rooms - modern, clean, spacious, comfortable, stylish and a great layout. Away from the hustle of Batemans Bay (10min). So much quieter and the beaches - are better. Must go to McKenzies Beach (2min South of Abode on the main road) "

"We had a wonderful stay. Short walk to the beach. Room was clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Pool hours were only to 7pm. Wish they were later. "

"The accommodation was as described and ver clean. We did notice that the dining chairs had lost their support and were very sagging. Unfortunately during our stay the living room curtain rail fell to the floor. This was due to its age and a number of broken brackets. Management was very prompt in attending but the curtains could not be put back up. "

"When my kids & I arrived at the property which is a beautiful large 2 storey house, we walked inside & put all our things in our respective rooms then had a short rest on the balcony overlooking the beach before we drove 10 minutes to get to Batemans Bay village centre to stock up on groceries, snacks and supplies before heading back to fill the fridge and head to the beach for a swim. "We had a great experience with Andy hosting us, as he was easy to communicate with and was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay there. We loved the personal touches such as the personalised Vegemite with our name on it and the dedicated dog area of treats and toys for our young pup. The property is very private due to its location but also close enough to the local shops. We had one of the most relaxing times staying here at the end of 2023 and look forward to staying here...

"Charming cottage. Clearly a well loved family home. Clean and cheerful with a homely feel. Has everything needed for a short or long stay. Bob and Jackie are wonderful hosts. Very generous and helpful in responding to our requests: they persevered with communicating despite the frustratingly poor telecommunication coverage in the area. We - our grandkids, their parents and ourselves - were very comfortable in the house and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.. Would be very happy to stay there again. "

"We only stayed one night, however we would have loved to stay more. We stayed in one of the tent/yurts with our two adult children and it was very nice and clean. It was truly glamping as you had the great outdoors and you could hear the wildlife outdoors but you had the convenience of a bathroom, beds and a kitchen. We loved it.
